Joining and renewing

You can join or renew from the Membership page at any time. Choose whether you're joining as an individual or on behalf of a group, then pick the type that fits.

Individual memberships come in four types: the standard rate, and three concessions (Hazelhurst residents, Access for All card holders, and students). If a concession applies to you, you'll be asked to confirm it there and then. Nothing about your circumstances is asked for beyond that, and staff can check your card or proof when you first visit.

Groups are priced by size, from up to 15 people through to 700. If your group is bigger than that, you'll be asked for some contact details instead, and a member of staff will be in touch to agree a fee.

Once you've chosen, you'll see the fee and next steps on screen. Online payment is coming soon; until then, a member of staff will help you complete your membership in store.
